PROTECTIVE MEASURES AGAINST COVID 19OUR MAIN OBJECTIVE
Establish guidelines for health surveillance, prevention and control for workers and clients.
1. PHYSICAL DISTANCE
Implement physical distancing measures throughout the hotel for more than one meter.
2. GUESTS AND CLIENTS.
Temperature measurement upon admission.
Hand cleaning upon entry.
Mandatory use of a double mask or a KN95
Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
Prior communication of prevention measures against COVID-19.
3. INCREASE CLEANING AND DISINFECTION.
Increase the frequency of cleaning and disinfection in the rooms and the rest of the hotel.
4. COMMON AREAS.
Disinfection station in high-traffic environments alcohol-based hand disinfection in the main entrance and common areas.
Furniture will be reduced to simplify surface disinfection.
Preventive signage will be established
Guests should be instructed to follow traditional gym etiquette, wiping down machines after use.
Keep your distance from the person in company.
If locker rooms are opened, guidelines should be in place to ensure social distancing is maintained.
The waiting areas will have markings on the floor to maintain the mandatory social distance.
Pre checking. Pre-registration or online registration will be encouraged.
The elevators can only be used for 2.
All elevator areas will be cleaned and disinfected every hour.
8. RESTAURANTS AND BARS
The capacity of bars and restaurants will be reduced in accordance with health guidelines.
Hand sanitizer dispensers will be available at the entrance and their use will be encouraged.
Staff will be trained to maintain social distance in relation to guests of at least 2 meters.
Disposable paper napkins will be used.
The menu on the digital menu via QR will be preferred to avoid contact.
